While writing and publishing my memoir, He Showed Me Why, is exciting and a true victory, it is not the main focus of my continuing journey. The Lord has called me to a women's ministry for abuse survivors, with sexual abuse being the primary focus. This book is to be the springboard for that ministry called "Daddy's Little Girls."
In my opinion, the most destructive aspect of sexual abuse is the direct effect it has on a woman's trust in the love her Heavenly Father has for her. Without that trust, success in life and maintaining a fulfilling, consistent walk with the Lord is almost impossible. He wants His wounded daughters to know they were never truly abandoned by Him and healing for their hearts is not only available but very attainable. He wants me to share how my life has revealed these truths by speaking publicly to as many women as possible.
It is with enthusiasm that I look forward to seeing how that is going to be played out. I also know there will be another book, He Continues To Show Me Why that will pick up where the first book left off. I am excited to write it since it holds even more miracles and evidence of His undying love for me.
